One of the worst things you can do is reply to SPAM messages, even if it's to be removed from future mailings. By doing so, you are confirming that your address is working, thus the SPAM will continue from that source and others. Your address gets sold (or given) to the next spammer to send you even more unwanted mail. I would suggest getting an account with SpamCop.
When we have the time here, we use a nice little program called 'Spam Punisher'. It ID's the IP address, the origin and sends a complaint to the provider. Very simple to use, very effective and it's FREE! Get it at HYPERLINK www.download.com- search for Spam Punisher.
